Q1: Is this machine 110V? Can I use it in Canada / USA?
 A: Yes, this dispenser is rated for 110V~120V 60Hz, designed for USA and Canada market. Do NOT use voltage converter, it will damage the heating system.

Q2: What kind of sauces can this warmer hold?
A: It works great for thick flowing sauces: nacho cheese, hot fudge, caramel, strawberry jam, peanut butter, popcorn butter. Not suitable for thin watery liquids.

Q3: How long does it take to heat up the sauce?
A: Preheating time is around 10–15 minutes. The water bath design heats evenly and keeps consistent temperature after reaching your setting.

Q4: Can I leave the machine running all day during business hours?
A: Yes, it is built for commercial all-day holding use. Please keep enough water inside the water tank to avoid dry burn. Check the water level regularly.

Q5: Are the pump and inner bowl dishwasher safe?
A: The stainless steel inner pot can be washed in dishwasher. The plastic pump is recommended hand wash to extend service life.

Q6: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please take unboxing photos and videos immediately, then send to our support within 48 hours after receiving goods. We will arrange replacement or refund quickly.

A: Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. The product must be returned in original packaging. Opened/used products are not eligible for simple return, only covered by warranty for quality defects.
